If you are already drinking tea, switch to green tea. It will be more effective if you already drink it regularly. After each cup of green tea, take out a bag of tea and cut it. Put the contents in a small cup and add some honey to make a paste out of it. Make sure your face is clean before applying the paste. Leave on for ten minutes and then rinse.
Green tea without impurities Rinse your face with green tea. Make really hot green tea and let it cool. When it has cooled, go to the washbasin and pour some tea from a cup into your hands. Rinse your face several times until the tea runs out. Then wash yourself with cool water. If you are going somewhere and want to look good and fresh, but you do not have time for facial treatments, try this option. Take a bag of tea and pour it with hot water so that the steam goes. Squeeze out some water (but not all) and wipe the entire face with a bag for one or two minutes or until it cools down and stops evaporating.
Green Tea with Facial Cleanser Use green tea in the morning with cleanser. To come to school or work with a radiant face, add green tea to your cleanser. Place the tea bag under very hot water, cut it and transfer the contents to a small cup. Use your usual cleanser. A cream product such as Noxzema or Clearasil is best suited, as the cream texture and green tea blend best. Add about 2 tablespoons (optionally the exact amount) of the cleanser to the cup. Mix together with a spoon. The mixture should look like a thick white cream with lots of green dots. Spread over the face. Leave on for 5 minutes, prepare for bed to kill time, and then rinse.
Steam bath with green tea for face Make a steam treatment with green tea. Boil some water and pour it into a large bowl. Take a bag of tea, cut it and add the contents to hot water. Take a towel and cover it with your head. Then bend over the bowl, making sure that your face is not close to the water, but close enough to feel the steam. The duration of the procedure is only five minutes.
